Weymouth is my home town. It is famed for the Black Death, King George III and the 2012 Olympic sailing events.
This picture was taken in the 1980s when I began to taking photographs. It shows Weymouth Bay on almost calm day. On the horizon you can just make out the Dorset coastline heading eastwards towards the Isle of Purbeck.
