Discovering Winter’s Hidden Colors

Winter may seem bleak with short days and grey skies, but colour persists in unique forms. Bright sunny days, and the colours of nature; vibrant berries, lichen, and lingering leaves remind us of winter’s hidden beauty. Here are a few of my images from Christmas 2025 that highlight these colourful details.

Good Friday

At Easter 2023 I spent a few days cycling in Dorset, exploring a few of my favourite places in the south of the county. Here is the first of a short series of articles on the each of the rides. On Good Friday I headed out east to explore some of the county’s literary and artistic associations.
